Apricot Jam
Made from Bannockburn grown fruit, this jam has a glorious colour and flavour. Ripe apricots do not contain much pectin, so this jam has a soft set, as we prefer not to use artificial setting agents.

Blackcurrant Confit
Nostalgia plus ‐ this jam has a delicious flavour from blackcurrants grown on our property.

Grandads Raspberry Jam
This a full fruit jam made from locally sourced raspberries to my grandad?s recipe. The intense flavour will take you back to your childhood.

Cherry Berry Preserve
Taste summer! Cherries from Central Otago combine with raspberries and strawberries from East Otago to give a luscious flavour. Serve with freshly baked croissants, fresh peaches and ice cream, swirl into porridge on a winter’s morning, serve with pancakes and Greek yoghurt for a Sunday brunch, or add a dollop to a glass of soda water and ice for a refreshing summer cooler.

Strawberry, Rhubarb and Vanilla Jam
The luscious flavour of ripe strawberries is enhanced by the tang of rhubarb while the vanilla gives this jam a well rounded and lingering flavour that is wonderful in a myriad of ways including desserts or cheese dishes.

Cherry Cointreau Conserve
A rich cherry jam with a subtle orange flavour and that little kick of alcohol! Use in little jam tarts, roll in a crepe or simply spread on a muffin or scone.

Gooseberry Jam
A refreshingly tangy jam from fruit grown on our property. Gooseberries are easy to grow but prickly to harvest. Also there is still the chore of “topping and tailing” the berries! Although made from green gooseberries, the jam becomes a lovely deep pink when cooked to setting point.

Rhubarb and Ginger Jam
Another traditional jam with a variety of uses — try it with sausages and smoked meats, or add a spoonful to pork and beef stir-fry dishes.

Lemon, Lime and Ginger Marmalade
This is "wake me up" marmalade, whether served at 7:30am on toast or 10:30am with your Sunday croissant and coffee. A real treat for those who are not able to eat grapefruit marmalade
